Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then delivered within 5–7 business days. In total, you can expect your package within 6–10 business days.

Which carriers do you use for delivery?

We ship with trusted Australian carriers, including Australia Post, StarTrack, and Sendle, to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel through our Track My Order page on the website.

How long do I have to return a product?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Who pays for return shipping?
  • If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.
  • If you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong item, you will cover the return shipping costs.
How do I start a return?

When will I get my order?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. If the exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we cover shipping costs. Otherwise, you will handle the return shipping.
